I’ve been trying to reach someone to return this item and no one has responded to any email or instagram message or even the message I sent via the chat server. They say 24-48 hours you’ll receive a response and I have not received a single response in over a week. And they only give you 14 days to return an item. How am I supposed to make that deadline if no one responds. Horrible service.
